General policy

We focus on onboarding quality and plan fit before activation. Refund eligibility depends on service stage and contractual commitments.

Before activation

If onboarding has not started and no setup work has been initiated, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

After activation

Once setup or activation is completed, fees are generally non-refundable due to delivered onboarding, implementation, and support effort.

For refund requests, contact our team via the Contact Sales page with account details and request reason. We respond after internal review.

Founder-led support

SalesMantra is founder-led by Dev. Billing, refund, and rollout-related requests are reviewed through the Contact Sales channel.
